DAY 85: 20 APR 08
Not feeling too good today. I will post a nice one tomorrow with pictures of me and GEN McNeill. I am also anchoring starting tomorrow for atleast a week so that should be cool. OK everyone have a great Sunday!
Hi Rob Im sorry I missed several attempts to get me yesterday the first time I was sleeping and by the time I got to the phone you were gone and the second time I picked up right away but the call droped...so sorry I really wanted to talk to you and hear your voice. Im sorry you are not feeling good please call me again so I dont worry about you okay, Im off today Monday 21, 2008 and If you call in the week call me after 3:30pm if you can. Cant wait to see pixs and text about your interview w/the General and all the other things you experienced in the last trip, this is all so interesting. Sher I wore a stainless steel pow bracelet in the seventies but did not keep up with what happened to that vet, its great you really followed your vet's path. I still have my bracelet somewhere in my keepsake stuff. Its so good to know that my son choose the airforce as his branch to serve in since many people have expressed to me including your son (thanks for that mention in the blog),that the airforce gets treated with a little more care, that makes me feel better as a mother. I love you Robbie, hang in there I know its so hard being away and it hits you in waves its all good, it will pass just keep focused and keep praying everyday. WE all are praying for you - mom xoxoxoxo.
