Rob seen the interview with the General....you did a fine job....keep up the good work, Im very pleased with all your reports big or small they all matter. I was watching the Pentagon Channel 66 (Armstrong Cable). They have a workout program viewers can do right at home, it was really good , I know I will be sore tommorrow. It is a good workout program they have on this channel but I still like Denise Austin better. Goodnite love you - mom. I will be watching the Pentagon channel often.... there is allot of good stuff on that channel, I was surprized to find it had some interest there for me.
