Anchored the TV newscast, did the mid day show, came home took a nap, and then woke up and went back to work. My stomach hurt most of the day but I think I passed whatever has been bothering me. I hope tomorrow everything is back to normal. Looks like the Brian Williams thing is on but I will not count on it until it happens. Look for a post late tomorrow night if not sometime on Saturday. Enjoy the newscast. And o yeah I am glad my severe pain and escapade made everyone laugh. I would not wish such an event on anyone.

Hey Rob this trip to Kabul Brian Williams is doing is good, he is doing a fine job and I really enjoy listening to him. I sure hope you get to do a piece with him tommorrow, this would be a great opportunity for you and also a good learning experience. He is very natural in his reporting and his voice is strong ...I do like his style.
Im so sorry I made fun of your terriable experience, I know this was not funny and you still need to make sure there is nothing seriously wrong. Please do not put off going back to the hospital if you keep getting sick.
