DAY 64: 30 MAR 08
Well the weekend flew by as I watched a movie Friday night did homework all day Saturday and then worked today. I called home on Saturday as well and talked to everyone and also got a hold my Dad today. To my surprise he has been reading my blog the whole time. He also says he went and saw Robin yesterday which is good. I think a break on my Mom and Grandma and a more balanced relationship with my Dad will help everyone involved. Robin would probably end up listening to my Dad just to show us all plus he can now see Emma without having to blame my mother. Robin is a grown woman who can take her daughter to see or be seen by her grandfather. Anyway I am doing good. Tuesday is April first and boy does it feel good to say that. I am announcing a promotion ceremony for the Air Force here on base. Also we did some videos for the Pittsburgh Pirates pregame show that we are sending back to the states tomorrow. So if you go to a Pirates game you may see me along with some other Pittsburghers on the jumbo tron before the game. Well anyway I have been playing too much play station 2 Madden football and am now tired. I am going to bed. Thanks everyone for reading and Cher I got your package. Thank you. I will post more this week. O yeah I want to apologize for using the b term concerning Hillary. My grandmother is very upset. So I take it back but am still endorsing Obama… Sorry Dad but I am sick of the republicans…..

Hi Rob,
Thanks for letting me know that the package arrived. I hope it arrived in tact and that you have some use for the itmes included.
I think Spring has sprung a leak around here. It's still on the cold side and a lot of rain in the forcast. I haven't seen one green leaf or one flower sprout yet! I know, patience is a virtue.
Next weekend is my trip to AC to spend some time with all the other crazy Bo fans at a large dinner and one of his concerts. We always have such a good time at these outings. I'll send you some pictures if I get any good ones. But I have to warn you, I'm not much of a photographer.
Sleep well and I'll look for that Pirate promo when I get to PNC park.
Sincerely,
Sher
Hi Robbie it was so good to see your blog today, you sounded good and it was even better to have talked to you on the phone this weekend. Again as always I have so much to say but will spare you my thoughts since you are just fine without them.
So you really voted for Hot Obama Mama huh ! I find that very interesting, I guess it shows that allot of people go for someone they like over who may have more experience and knowledge, anyway you have the right to do what you think is best and since you are serving in the Armed Forces that gives you a edge. Im so glad you made your Gram happy by taking back what you said about Hillary, that was not nice. Im not a hug fan of Hillary's either but saying mean things only reflects poorly on you. Now guess who Im voting for ?
Just wanted to tell you Darryls father served in the Army during the Koren war and was a combat engineer and hated every minute he was there, he states conditions were very bad and he did his time and got out after his term....he was drafted. He has some very interesting stories he tells.
You are very busy with so much going on, that is good it will make time pass by quickly, let me know how you do annoucing the award ceremony for the Air Force, I would like to be there, not really only if it was located in a different place.
Hey you spelled Sher's name wrong ...it is not Cher....it is Sher. That was very nice of her to send you a pkg. and I hope she has a great time on her trip ...she will have to keep us posted.
Patty is going to the Pirate game she will be looking for you on the big screen...you should see Patty ....she is hot stuff these days she lost weight and is working out with a trainer, she really looks good and feels better most of all, she sends her love and prays. Her sister Colleen reads your blog and told Patty she really enjoys it. Thats nice.
Well Uncle Al will be 87 this week, how about that. He is amazing. He's already talking about Uncle Herbie taking him to your wedding. This would be great if he can make it.
For someone who was not going to say much I think I have said enough, my final thoughts. All the things we achieve are things we have first of all imagined and the key to anyone's success is living your life with absolute passion, so passinately it manifests in every waking moment of your life, it influences your thoughts and behaviors and inspires others. Finally each dawn holds a new hope for a new plan, making the start of each day the start of a new life. I love you my son ...mom.
